It is unconscionable that children in eastern Ukraine continue to go to schools with bullet holes and bomb shelters and live in neighbourhoods that are intermittently shelled and littered with landmines
Putin wants to destabilize Ukraine

There is much that can be said about the program, but there is no doubt: Putin wants to destroy as much as possible for a positive development for Ukraine and uses all means. What is happening within the borders of Ukraine is as much an internal matter as what is happening within the borders of Russia. Putin must be forced to the negotiating table and this must be done either through increased sanctions against the country or other methods.
